First of all, happy new year 2019! Kicking off the new year, we’re thrilled to introduce some new cool stuff that will surely improve your business productivity. You can now pay your iSeller subscription with ease using GO-PAY, OVO, eBanking, mBanking, BNI Yap!, or simply visit your nearest convenience store. We have been receiving feedback regarding limitation where you could only pay with either Manual Bank Transfer or Credit Card previously. It would be less convenient way of paying in case your bank of choice is too far away or your credit card is maxed out. We hope this new feature gives you greater flexibility and convenience for your preferred payment choices!
For new activations, in the Select Plan window, you will notice 2 new payment methods selection in Enter Payment Details section. First one is Others (Internet Banking / Digital Payment), this method allows you to pay using one of the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Convenience Store, Internet Banking, GO-PAY, Mobile Banking, OVO, or BNI Yap! Pay. These new payment options offer automatic and real-time payment detection which is an important advantage over the previous manual bank transfer option. This means that activation and renewal is now easier than ever, faster, and hassle free.
The second new payment option is Voucher which allow you to enter a voucher code that can be used as payment. We occasionally send out vouchers as part of our promotional events, so make sure you have followed our social media. For now, try choosing Others as your payment method and click on the Confirm button.
As you can see below, you’ll now be served with a new user interface allowing you to choose a variety of payment method, from Internet banking to digital payments.
Let’s try to proceed with GO-PAY and a dynamic QR Code will be shown. Scan it with your GO-JEK app and you’re all set. Your GO-PAY balance will be charged and your iSeller subscription has been activated. See the detailed screenshots below.
In addition to that, you can also pay your subscriptional renewal or settle your unpaid invoices using the same methods. Just click on the Pay Now button in your unpaid invoice list from the iSeller admin portal and choose one of the available payment methods. Alternatively, you can also do the same by clicking the Pay Now button in the invoice sent to your email.
As seen below, a new payment interface will popup allowing you to easily review the invoice and proceed with payment. Once you finished the payment, your iSeller subscription will be automatically unsuspended, thus you can resume your selling activity instantly.
