Full address information on your receipt

Now you can put your store’s full address on the receipt. Not only the street name, but also the city, zip code, and even your telephone number. Having your store’s full address and number written on your receipt will raise the possibility of more people coming. You can do it easily now by simply turn this feature on.

Now your customers can get a complete information about your store when they receive their receipts. The address and number shown will be taken from your store’s address information, so you do not have to write it from the start. Easy and fast, but also good for your business.

Preview button to see your changes

We received some feedbacks saying that it was such a pain to see the receipt customization result. Printing the receipt is the only way to see the result. But worry not, because now we have implemented a preview button. Seeing the result is no longer difficuilt. You can customize your receipt all you want, and what you have to do to see the result is only clicking the preview button.

Now you can see how your receipt will be printed. Easy, right? You can exit the preview and make some adjustment again if you think that the result is different than what you want it to be. Maybe its only a small button, but it can save your time, effort, and of course, paper. Because how could we print the receipt without paper?

Customize your footer text for e-receipt

Want to be more creative ? Customize your e-receipt footer text! Before, you could not change the footer text and you could only use the one we provided. But, not anymore. You can now be all creative and make your own footer text! You can personalize an interesting footer to make your store stand out. Even a small part can be very interesting if you are creative.

Another choice of digital payment, and an interesting change in Go-Pay user experience. Check these out!

UltraVoucher setting

I am sure your customers love more choices when they do the payment. Not only using cash, credit or debit card, sometimes they want to use vouchers that they bought before, like vouchers from UltraVoucher. Good news for you, because receiving vouchers from UltraVoucher as a payment from is now possible! You can activate it in POS payment setting, and there you have it. An easy and interesting way for receiving payments.

GO-PAY activation form

Using GO-PAY as a payment method is so easy. Many people love using it because how easy and fast it is to use. However, it used to show iSeller as the payment receiver. But now, we have a good news for you. You can use the name of your store as the receiver in the customer’s GOJEK application. Interesting, right? How to do that? It’s easy. All you need to do is just filling a simple form when you activate your GO-PAY.

New features and improvements for you who own a restaurant!

New queue number feature

If you own a restaurant, and you have take away system, sometimes it is difficult to track down which customer came first and who came last. Be happy, because we made things easier by implementing queue number on the receipt!

Now you can serve the customers who came first by looking at their queue number. No more fight in your store!

Free table after merge

When your customers decided to move to another table, you could always merge the tables. However, the empty table used to be displayed as a full table in your application. And so, it would be complicated when you wanted to empty the table for other customers. It is how it used to be. But, we have improved the system to make it easier. The merged table will be automatically free, and the status will be an empty table again! You can use it for other customers directly.

Scan barcode is now supported in transfer form

Product selection in transfer form now supports barcode scan. You do not have to manually do the transfer in, all you have to do is to scan the barcode and it’s all set! Faster and more efficient, right?

Sort the inventory history by custom date

Want to see your inventory history on a certain date range? You can sort it by custom date now!

You can easily choose to see the history on a specific date. Choose the date, and there you are. The result will only be the ones on that date. You can see the result in a date range by choosing different start date and end date.

See customer’s payment method in payout report

You can now see your customer’s payment method in the payout report. The payments will be listed below the report, and you can even see the payment status, the total money paid by your customers, the fee charged, and the money you received per payment.
